We are seeking a dynamic & collaborative Customer Care Associate to join our team. The Associate is responsible for daily interactions with the customers regarding orders, inquiries and complaints. The communications are via phone, fax, mail, or e-mail. In this role, the Associate will determine the nature of the contact, provide an appropriate & timely response and then enter relevant data into the customer information database. Ideal candidates will be proficient in effective up-selling and cross-selling techniques. A key component is to use innovative selling approaches in pursuit of increasing sales. Improving customer retention is achieved through programs and services provided to our customers. Ideal candidates will be energized by delivering outstanding service in support of our sales organization. S/He should be detail oriented, organized, and conscientious.  A proven track record of teamwork and responsiveness is required. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with Excel spreadsheets, including information entry, tracking, and analysis.
